When we say that our cells are influenced by their environment, there are 2 kinds of environment, natural and ingested. It makes great sense to induce healthy, organic foods, vitamins, into our bodies, but the "natural environment," light, heat and sound, is also a great influence on the optimal performance of our bodies.
